Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I have a pretty good eye for spelling, punctuation and grammar, so I can fix basic mistakes, as well as help with polishing up word choice. Occasionally, I will comment on style, plot or character development, if I notice huge problems, but generally I focus on the smaller details. I've beta-read for a Doctor Who fanfiction before, but I don't know how to show this in the categories below. |

My spelling, punctuation and grammar are accurate. I have a fairly large vocabulary, and believe that my prose skills are very refined. |

I admit that I don't tend to focus on character development. I might spot that I don't feel connected with a character, but I might not be able to make an explicit suggestion for improvement - unless I come across a Mary Sue. |

I enjoy stories with action and humour, and would prefer stories with low romance. |
