I'm an aspiring editor, so I'd really like the practice. I edit all of my brother's novels, usually going through once for grammar/spelling errors, and then plot/character issues. And then a third read-through to make sure everything just sounds good. I do a lot of writing myself, so my schedule will be a bit sporadic, but it's not unbearable. For you as the writer, your work becomes my priorety. Also, if I beg to beta your story, that either means I absolutely adore it and want to be a part of it, or there's one little grammatical error in one chapter that's driving me insane.

I'm grammar-obsessed of course! Very little in that sense gets by me. I've also got a good memory for details, so the plot never changes on my watch!

I have a bad habit of pointing out things that I think are wrong, and it turns out to be my not reading it properly. It's a bad habit I'm trying to break myself of. I also get caught up in the Canadian spelling of things, but that's not too much of a problem.

Well of course, I'd love to betaread anything Hetalia, but I'll do anything anime/manga related, as well as most books and movies. Canon over cross-overs, but I'll beta pretty much anything.

If I'm unfamiliar with a series, I'll probably only be able to help in the grammar department.
