I'm a very fast, very critical reader. When I read something, I try to look at it from every possible angle. I have a very good aptitude for English, and am a big stickler for sentence structure, spelling errors (when I catch them), and the use of words, phrases, or the accuracy of certain statements. I love to read and write, so I know the pitfalls people fall into in their stories.br /

I do almost any genre, from horror to romance to action to fantasy. I'm very diverse and am open to a lot of things.

I am very big on grammar and sentence structure. I will catch when you change tenses too often, if you switch from perspectives, or if something is unclear and needs further explanation.br /

I am also good at social interactions between people, the time and placement of events, and evaluating the probabilities of certain events happening and making them believable.

My weaknesses would probably homonyms, but I'm quite aware of that so I try to catch myself when I am reading those. To a lesser extent, I may miss a few punctuation errors, but it won't be huge, glaring errors.

I can do a wide range of genres, but my specialties are fantasy, action and adventure, romance, and angst. However, I'm always open to a whole list of things, although I may need time for research if I am too vastly unfamiliar with the territory, which doesn't happen very often.

Hmm. Nothing too much dissuades me. I can read anything from slash to het to fluff to sex. I'm very open. One thing I do ask is that it isn't a "squick" fic. I do not want to read anything overtly disgustingly insensible.
