I am a quick reader and catch grammar, spelling, as well as plot holes that may be in the story. If I am familiar with the series being written about, I can also help with keeping in-character. Essentially, I can do almost any kind of beta-reading you need me to do, be it just a simple read-through for grammar and spelling problems, or a detailed look as to whether or not you have plot holes or kept in-character the entire time. I am very honest with my critique. If you don't want to hear it, then you probably shouldn't pick me.

Grammar. Even when I don't find it in my own work, I am very good at spotting it in others'. Go figure.

As a writer myself, I tend to agonize over the details of my work to the point where I sometimes ignore the larger picture of what I'm trying to convey. So I suppose I might point out detail problems that another writer might not think is a very big deal or problem.

I prefer to read stuff that I'm familiar with, but will be happy to read other things as well. Who knows? It might get me into something else that I find I really like. br /
