I am Puerto Rican, billingual. Like in all LatinAmerican countries, my Spanish is a little different, as for example instead of 'basurero', I call the trash can 'zafacon'. So, if you're fic is in Cuban, Mexican, Colombian, or Spanish (Spain) Spanish, I can still beta for you, but some words might be unknown to me, or have a different meaning in Puerto Rican.br /br /

Second subject: English. I excel at english, but I honestly don't know the 'slangs' and all of the ways the Americans twist words around (no offense). I learned my English via videogames and TV, and then it developped better thanks to school, books, and fanfics. So yes, I can betaread English fics just fine. English poetry, however, slips me. br /br /

Third subject: I will pretty much accept to betaread any well made story. I won't tolerate pointless fanfics or very poorly written ones, and I mean VERY poorly. I can fix up almost anything that is horrible into a well written story. I won't beta for romance, unless it's a side-genre. br /br /

Fourth and last: My style. I like to read it all abruptly with no breaks if it is interesting. If not too into the story, then I take longer to read. I fix grammar and spelling and even add scenes if they are needed. I replace repetitions with something else. Example: "Tommy went upstairs and Juana followed Tommy up. Tommy slammed the door in Juana's face, though." If I find something liek that, I'll replace it with "Tommy then went upstairs, but Juana followed him. When he got to his room, he slammed the door in her face, though." Yep. (Totally random names lol)br /br /

Honestly, I am a very good writer and have a large vocabulary, both for Spanish and English. I only write in the latter, though, because Spanish is harder, and has fewer readers (sadly). I excel at Pokemon battles, and I'm not kidding. It's my strongest point. I'm also good detecting spelling errors, but minor typos can sometimes slip my view. No grammar mistakes get away from me. br /br /

*Cheesy Romance = I can't stand it and can't write it, even if my life depended on it. br /br /

*Building descriptions (IN ENGLISH) = Since my language is Spanish, I don't know the right names of many things in many places, for example: I can't describe a castle, but I can do a forest. If there's something wrong with a description, I can tell you, but it's most likely I won't be able to say what could be added.br /br /

*Being short = When I write, I'm not satisfied until the chapter is at least over 6,000 words, even if the point has already been made! Oh, I also fail at getting to the point; I usually go on and on and on...but when it comes to betareading, I know when something is too short or too long and I can point out anything wrong with chapter lenght.

I love action stories and I am very good writting action as well. Describing pokemon battles is my favorite thing to write, and I'm very picky when reading them. I also like rebirth stories for pokemon, because they are very interesting; the mix spirituality with many other genres, and, of course, I have my own rebirth fic. I like reading Yaoi, so any story with yaoi pairings is fine by me! Oh, and another kind of fanfic I really, really adore: Truth or Dare fics. These are the apex of hilarity, and I have my own. I can fix up anything wrong witht those kinds of things.

I usually like any kind of fics, but I simply can't read a very, very cheesy romance story without rolling my eyes and scoffing. Minor romance is okay, but I don't like it mayor. I also won't betaread ANY lemon fics (even if it's yaoi...), but lime is okay. I'd rather not work with yuri, the only exception would be AppealShipping (Dawn x Zoey, Pokemon), which I think is kinda cute.
