Important things I have learned over the years is that learning is a non-stop process. We don't ever reach a point where we can be honest and declare ourselves at perfection in what we do. Having said that, I am happy to offer my thoughts on things, and I will do so in a straightforward manner. I have good language skills. I develop scenes carefully, and I strive for consistency. I research concepts well before I write about them, too. I also am very aware of homonyms...to, too, two, for example...

My greatest weakness is that when I am writing, I know exactly what I mean, and I forget my readers do not have an open portal to my mind. My betareader has had to ask on several occasions "where did this come from" or "what?". I am working on being more clear, and giving better explanation of plot development.

I am not interested in beta-ing anything slash or with 'morally questionable' ideas, such as incest, rape, etc... that is just not my cup of tea. I am not judging anyone who writes on those ideas - I thank you for understanding.
