Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
After a long 'time-off', I've recently coming back to reading and writing. I've got extensive experience in business writing / proofreading and editing. Personally, I have been editing creative fiction for over 11 years. It is a great honour to support others in their journey and I'm happy open to support with spelling check, grammar check or a full plot development. I work to deadlines, so please communicate your expectations when sending through your request. |

I enjoy reading and writing romantic and fantasy fiction, so particularly enjoy editing work in this area. Skills are in: Working to deadlines; proofreading; making sure stories are consistent and character development is relate-able. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I'm a perfectionist; sometimes I read things as if I'm an English major going into granular detail which isn't needed. The reader cares about the story, so long as mistakes aren't careless they do happen. |
