As a beta reader the main thing I am looking for is readability. I don't care if the grammar is absolutely perfect. If you are missing a coma or something insignificant like that I'm not worried about it. My goal is to make sure that the story makes sense and that there aren't any misspellings or mixed up words (like except instead of accept, things like that). If you want me to beta read for you I only have one requirement: listen to me. I am not perfect but if I make a suggestion at least consider it and try to incorporate it (not with plot ideas, I won't mess with those unless you ask for some ideas).

I'm very creative so I can help with plot ideas if you are struggling. Also, I'm good at making sentences and ideas flow together smoothly and eloquently.

My biggest weakness is my grammar. I'm not horrible but I just forget where to put commas and things like that.

I'd be willing to read almost anything.
