well, as a beta reader im fairly new so i'll make a few mistakes here and there but other then that nothing comes to mind. my beta reading style is to read a story through, note the flaws, fix the flaws, then go back over it one final time looking expectingly for errors. my expectations of anyone is realy simple. have at least ok grammar, and dont mess up easy words. you have no idea how many times i've read wrong character names, and all sorts of other things.

i suppose im best at common grammar, spelling mistakes, keeping to story line, and knowing when an idea needs to be put down. im also good at pointing out flaws in the storyline and flaws in characters personality. no idea if this counts, but im a fast typer to. ah, if you dont have ideas for jutsu, and your writing a naruto story, ask me! i have a bunch of jutsu from the manga/anime, and i have a bunch of original jutsu aswell.(most of em would probably be forbidden...)

im not so good at correcting things like there their they're and other small things like that. also wont be good at writing 'mushy' stuff. do to lack of experiance, any lemons i (might be) beta read(ing) will not have to much of a correction, that and everyone likes something different.

i like storys that are: dark naruto, crossovers with rosario + vampire, bleach, inuyasha, full metal alchemist and a few others. i also like the naruto x fem kyuubi pairing, and other rare pairings. also like storys that take root in villages that aren't konoha. also, try, really TRY not to make naruto get mobbed, every story that has that is automaticly AU for the fact that naruto, at the worst, was ignored.

i dont like yaoi storys mainly. i also dont like the naruto x hinata pairing. there are a few good ones but most are poorly done or just don't work so i got a bit of a hatred of them. i'll still beta them, but not very often. i also can't do storys with overly done character bashing. if your plot line jumps to often, you update less than once a month, you overpower naruto and keep his enemies the same, or your a/n's count for more than 1/50 of your word count, hit alt+left.
