I have no expectations except that the spelling or mechanics of your story are understandable enough, so I can get the idea of what you mean. So if you write 'Dis gee ad a appo', I'd probably be confused if you wanted me to change it to 'This guy had an apple', which doesn't make much sense in the first place. I think I can adapt to any writing-style, so don't worry, I can probably adapt to your individual style, and therefore, beta-read your story for you.

My 'strengths' are punctuation, spelling, grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure. And I am generally 'free' all the time, so I can finish beta-reading fairly quick.

I haven't actually inserted any love scenes into any of my stories yet. There is the occasional quick kiss, and nothing is too explicit, and that's generally what I'm looking for. The intense romance scenes I'm not quite suited for, I think.

Angst, romance, horror, hurt/comfort, tragedy, are my more preferred genres as well as humour (general included). Though, any genre is fine, too.

I won't read or beta-read lemons (Rated M's). There is no chance I will. And supernatural, like for example, '[...] is a fairy who lives in the magical kingdom of Atlantis'. Frankly, those kinds of things don't interest me and repulse me slightly as well. And, honestly speaking, Original Characters (OCs), do not appeal to me greatly.
