As a beta reader I am very sklled. I can read through stories not only very fast, but I can also easily spot out any mistakes. I will also help out to see if there is anything you could do to make your story the very best it can be.

I excel at mostly shows, games, and movies that I am familiar with, and usually I will have a better idea of the character study if this is the case.

I am not good at stories such as the ones I am NOT familiar with, or inappropriate content that is not suitable for the rating. I tend to avoid MAJORLY gory fics, but if it's for comic relief then I don't really care.

I would prefer to read stories that are very into detail, and also stories with a hidden meaning behind it, or if it has a lot of depth. I like reading romance stories, and if it can get me to laugh out loud or at least smile, then humor too. I don't really mind horror, but I'd prefer to stay away from that.

I do NOT like reading any fanfics where it's dreadfully obvious that everyone's being out of character. I can only read yaoi pairings if it's well-written and LOGICAL. I don't like reading femmslash.
