Hello. I am called Rose, and I have decided that beta'ing is something I would like to do. When I read a story that has poor grammar or spelling, I get extrememly annoyed. When I beta something, I am very picky about everything. I will make sure the storyline makes sense, the people are in character and that everything is in order. If you wish me to beta for you, just send my a message via PM and I'll take a look at your story.

I am good at spelling and grammar. I can pick up mistakes that as an author one would miss. I also have a good idea of what sort of things the characters would be saying (no OOCness.) I have a sense of proper speech; I know what sounds good.

I am not perfect. I will miss things, and I can't remember specific details. Please don't expect me to know every single thing that happens in Chapter 36 of Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone. Don't even expect me to know if there is a chapter 36. I have a good memory, I do forget things that have happened in books.

I do enjoy reading slash- it's my weakness. I also like cute little one-shots, but I will read long stories, since I love a continuous story line.

I hate Next-Gen stories. I just can't stand them. Please don't send me anything about "scorpio and rose fall in love and its so cute." I also hate it when the stories go so completely AU that I don't even know the characters.
