While I have only two stories on this fanfiction.net, I have been writing fanfiction for a while on my own (I only recently got up the courage to actually post some stories.) I edit my friends essays often. I am very good at noticing typos and awkward phrasing, though usually not within my own stories.

My specialities in editing are mainly grammatical. Little things like 'you're' instead of 'your' and punctuation things. I'm also good at making sure that one paragraph flows into the next.

I do struggle sometimes with keeping characters in character - I have a hard time writing a well-known character, and keeping them the way they are supposed to be, which is why I usually specialize in OOC or AU stories. Although, I can easily recognize when it seems as if a character isn't in character.

I only like to beta read stories that I actually have the seen the show or movie it's based off or read the book it's based off. I also enjoy romance stories, and some action/adventure, but mainly romance.

Slash doesn't appeal to me. It's alright if it's a minor subplot, but I won't read a story where the main characters are of the same gender and in love.
