Ummm... okay, so I need to profile myself. -sarcastic tone- Wonderful.

Alright, I am slykittymeowmeow. I love to critique people's work because helping people improve their writing skills brings me great joy. When people help me grow as a writer, I truly appreciate it. So I guess I want to help others like how I have been helped by my friends.

I have no idea what a betareading style is, so I am leaving that one blank...

Okay then, if anyone wants me to help them with their work just contact me. Really, the only thing I expect is that when I give my suggestions that you do not get mad at me because you feel as if I am bashing your writing. I do NOT bash people. Flaming is idiotic. Honestly, there is no point in trying to hurt people. It is pathetic. The suggestions I give are to help you, hence the word "suggestions". You either take it or leave it. If you do not like a comment I give or agree with it, then ignore it and move on. There is no need to get emotional. When someone is critical about your work, it shows that they actually care enough to tell you how they feel and what they like/dislike about your work. As long as it is not flaming (which is unacceptable!) and you can grow from it, be happy with the criticism. One can only grow if they are told of their mistakes and how they can improve from before.

Dialogue and character development/relationships are probably my strongest points in writing. I love it! If you need help with a story line or the past of characters and things like that, then I am your gal. I have had quite a few people come up to me and tell me to come up with an entire world's/race's history or their character's past. Of course, I need to know the direction you want to go with your story and all of the details before I can do any of that. It is extremely difficult to create that stuff without all of the proper information.

I am pretty good with words, so if you are struggling with a sentence or something, I can usually point you in the right direction.

Ummm... yeah, that's all I can think of for now. There is probably more, but I am blanking at the moment.

While I am good at writing sentences, I have no idea what things are called. I learned how to write from reading numerous amounts of books, not from grammar class. Do NOT ask me if something is a pronoun or whatever because I have no idea. I just write the sentence and it is correct (there are those exceptions though, no one is perfect).

Don't ask about poetry or lyrics. I can only write fiction. I am SO bad at poetry that it is just sad. My teachers would just pity me and give me a good grade since they knew I could actually write and that I was trying. Haha!

Setting descriptions= no no. This is the area that I myself desperately need to improve on. I hate writing about settings. I just can't envision them and write it out so that it sounds good.

Ummm... no, not really. I always enjoy humor and romance, but just about anything will do. Not much of a fan of cross-overs, but I could toughen up and deal with it. AU are okay as long as they aren't to abstract. Don't be afraid of asking if I will betaread lemony stuff. I don't mind it. They don't bother me anymore.

If the story is almost completely derived of characters being angsty and depressing, I will probably get bored. Those are the type of characters I want to kick. Also, absolutely NO YAOI!!! Ewww! Major turn-off. Don't mean to offend people who like it. It is just a preference and I respect that. I just do not happen to share that preference with other fan-girls. Don't kill me...
