I am both a perfectionist and a horrible doormat, meaning that I will probably take your work no matter what but that I will probably also send you lots of comments on nit-picky things, though my doormat side will try to be as nice as possible about it :) Not just because I'm a doormat, but also because I happen to hate hurting people's feelings. Overall, though, I will try to balance the perfectionist and the nice girl to be an insightful yet kind beta.

I like to think my grammar and spelling skills are pretty solid, though I would rather not be your spell-check/Microsoft Word grammar checker. Some spelling mistakes are okay, but please don't send me a story that looks like you typed it on your phone at one in the morning. I've been told my dialogue and characterization skills are decent, though whether that's true is your opinion as well as mine. As it is, I will try to be make your dialogue and characters as realistic as possible. However, I can't really do much with a character I've never heard of, so if characterization is one of your concerns, please contact me first with information about what fandom you're writing for.

Personally, my style is rather minimalistic, so I tend to be inexperienced with writing long, mellifluous descriptions. I also tend to be more of a drama/character writer, as opposed to a plot/action type writer. Romance is not my strong suit, seeing as I have no experience writing or experiencing it. Writing wise, I'd suggest reading through one of my stories to get a better picture of my character as a writer.

Drama and character-driven stories would make me extremely happy. Also, if you happen to be a classical/contemporary lit person, I would be elated to read your Brothers Karamazov/Satanic Verses crossover. Unless I'm not vacation of some sort from school, I'd also prefer shorter stories or one-shots, purely because I have so little time.

Lemons/PWP. Some sex in your story is okay. A story that revolves around sex and not characters, plot, or romantic tension just makes me want to get a cootie shot.

Stories in which romance with no tension is the main draw, or stories with overwrought, overtly mushy romance.br /
