I will not lie: I am strict. When reading stories there is nothing that bothers me more than improper grammar or misspelled words. Now, with larger, more complicated vocabulary errors are expected and not as frowned upon. However, when it's the difference between "there" "their" and "they're" I cannot stand to see the mistake. I promise, I will let someone know when a mistake along those lines has occured.br /

I really dislike short entries. If they are meant to be short and it's obvious that way, then all power to you. If the entry could easily be combined with another chapter or it could be lengthed, than there should be no issue about that being done. br /

Another line of disapproval goes towards lack of description and focusing too heavily on dialogue. I go by "A story cannot be told completely through the mouth." The setting and the characters' actions are extremely important.

I can pick up small mistakes in grammar and I can be very descriptive in my own writing. A little scenery and setting make the stories write themselves, you know!

I type too fast, so I understand when "just" comes out like "jsut" or "The other" comes out like "teh toher" it's happens all the time when I write and I often don't catch it. I am lenient about mistakes like this because it happens to everyone.

I am a sucker for romance, adventure, and the supernatural. Give me a dramatic romance between the most unlikely of people and you'll have me hooked. Put an action-packed fight sequence in my view and I'll be at your mercy.

Slash and fem-slash. Even if they aren't smut, I just don't like them.
