My name is Gabrielle Tate, I'm a sixteen-year-old junior in high school, but I have loved to read and write since I was very small. I have always been an active reader, most often to be found reading at least four books at once, and first tested at a twelfth-grade reading and comprehension level when I was in fourth grade. Words and languages have always been a passion of mine, and I usually look through whatever I'm reading with a sharp, attentive eye, most often re-reading a story many times over to ensure I get the full effect and worth out of a story. I also make sure to know my fandoms very well, so while I may not have the widest range of fandoms to work with, I do know the ones that I have with an almost obsessive detail.

I am a real stickler for character dialogue and interaction as well as grammar and most often punctuation. I think it is very important that each sentence flow, and that people often forget that the grammar and language rules you learned in English class do often not apply to fiction literature, so I try very hard to make sure the wordig works smoothly. I often work with at least three different dictionaries/Thesauruses nearby to attempt at optimal word-flow. I also pride myself on the ability to work in multiple plots and side plots revolving around characters without dropping or forgetting them.

I can sometimes be a bit too-too wordy, and often times I'm sure my 'flowing sentences' flow right into the land of run-ons and repeated phrases. Also I'm none-too-sure about the exact workings of the possessive apostrophe, and I really only speak English with a grade-school understanding of Japanese. Plus sometimes my 'n' key sticks.

I love a good, original scifi/fantasy/mystery/adventure/comedy kind of thing, though it doesn't have to be all in one story. I love a long read, though I also enjoy many other type of genres. In particular I would love to hear any new kind of Trigun Maximum story.

Um, please no sex fics, y'all. I'm only sixteen. Also, even if it is one of the fandoms I know best, if it's a sappy pairing fic and I don't like the pairing... I'm sorry, but I do have very strong opinions on most characters.
