Hey, I'm Vanus. Glad to see you're checking me out. Well, as a beta-reader, I'm more of a suggestive, open-minded type. My style is more editorial and friendly than anything else. I go through the material as a reader would, leaving nothing out. I take it all in as a whole and edit after I finish going through a section. I like to read as much as any bloke, and I'm glad to offer any service I can. If you decide that I'm your man, you should expect someone who is honest and forthcoming. I can be relied on to be online every day, unless something goes seriously wrong. Other than that, though, there's nothing stopping me from working with you.

Good grammar skills, excellent with word-play and even nicknamed "The Human Dictionary." Good with word flow and I'm good at ironing out rocky portions of the material. Excellent at painting specific imagery.

I tend to overlook punctuation every now-and-then, but after a second go-thru of the material I usually spot the errors.

I specifically like stories with "twists" or ones that are called "bittersweet." A good thriller or suspense is preferred, but anything with a good plot is a must.

Sappy romances. Vampire stories. Yaoi. High-School fics. That's about it.
