Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I read the stories of many different views, and don't like mistakes. My beta-reading style is read a story twice until you grasp it. They have to be able to take my opinions seriously and at least make an effort to correct their writing. |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I succeed at getting into a character's shoes, and writing gripping cliffhangers and intros. I honestly love my characters, to the point of obsession. Flashbacks are another part I excel at. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
My biggest weakness is writing chapter descriptions and adding too much details about the characters, maybe even getting attached to them. When I have a few unimportant characters, I sort kill them off. |
Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
I like to beta Bleach and Death Note stories more than others. I kinda like Vampire Knight, but if something doesn't draw me in I won't read it. |
Would Rather Not: I do not beta for these stories
I will not read extreme crack stories or REALLY sad stories. |
