I was formerly the beta for wedelin-gisela's "Bond, Book Two: Torn" (no longer online). I've done some editing for other friends on and off the site, but not through the actual beta reader right here, so I though I might as well set it up and find out how it works. So far, I've beta-ed mostly for the Bleach, Pokémon, and Fullmetal Alchemist fandoms. Though you'll see I have category preferences listed, other categories (granted that I am familiar with them) are definitely up for debate.

I would also like to note that I am currently a college student who is planning to work throughout the school year. At this point, I don't think I would have the time to take on a long, multi-chaptered fic. I don't want to make a commitment knowing that I would likely be too busy to uphold it or get back to you within a reasonable time. (I mean unless you know you're not going to be a regular updater...) I am open to one-shots or shorter collections, however, which I will be sure to get back to you in a timely manner.

Grammar/spelling is definitely my thing - the technical aspect of stories, if you will. If you're looking for a nit-picky beta that'll catch every little comma, you've come to the right place. I offer constructive criticism and grammatical corrections in my reviews as often as I can anyway. I've also been told that I can keep characters IC pretty well and that I'm a descriptive writer.

Though I try my best to finish a chapter within a week's time, I sometimes have to stretch it to two weeks or more. (That is, I've only been approached for one project at a time. It's bound to be a bit different if I take on more than two or more, just to warn you.)

No real preferences for me. I can handle chaptered stories or one-shots. I've beta-ed stories with pairings not suited to my tastes before, so I'm pretty open to anything, character/pairing-wise, genre-wise, or whatever (as long as I'm familiar with it). As mentioned, as long as it's on my profile, I'd be fine with it.

I would prefer not to work with completely OC stories. Some mature themes are also off-limits, but it depends.
