Hello out there. I want to beta because I need practise for my craft! As a creative writing major, I also need to be able to edit stories as well as write them, and what better guinea pigs than you guys!

I do expect some semblance of grammar, paragraph structure, and a valiant attempt at spelling, though that's also what I'm here for! I'm also great for idea bouncing and keeping things close to canon. With all my fandoms I do tend to have intimate knowledge, and if there's something I'm missing I can go out and find it!

I'm brutally honest, so if that isn't your thing, you might want to look for someone else. I excel at story structure, grammar, and clarity. I also am very good at characterization, and knowing character's personalities well. I also make a good partner for idea bouncing.

I tend to be brutally honest, and some people don't like that. It doesn't make you a weak person to like things sugar coated, but that's not me. I also won't write your story for you, it's got to be a 100% you creation for your readers to love it. Plagiarism is bad guys, come on! I will also probably correct your spelling to Canadian (great white up north) as that's where I'm from and that's what I know. Sorry.

I like slash fics, especially ones with gratuitous beatings of my favourite characters. There I can help you know just how much to torture them without them seeming like superman for being still alive. Human bodies have limits, yo. I also like fics with an adventurous, quest-like feel.

If your main character is an OC, please take your story elsewhere. I do not like OC's in 99% of the stories they are written in, and I don't enjoy dealing with self-inserts or author's darlings.
