I am just someone who wants to help other people write amazing stories that everyone can enjoy. I am currently majoring in English Education so I have a lot of practice editing and helping others write essays (even poetry). I will read each chapter twice, first for style, and then for grammar. I don't really have any expectations from you although I do ask that everyone stays respectful, happy, and stress free. I am not a mean person so don't worry about me sounding harsh or insulting your work. I will however, not hesitate to to tell you what is good and what needs work. I am also willing to help with plot, characterization, and story progression so even if your work is unfinished or you only have an idea and need help to get started please consider me for a beta.

I am good with grammar and spelling, and can also help you with plot development and characterization as well as looking for holes and inconsistencies in stories. I am a determined person and will not stop until both you and I are satisfied with the results.

My weakness is dialogue. I have issues with making dialogue go smoothly especially if you spend three ba-jillion paragraphs discussing a character's thoughts, and then have the character start talking. I am hoping that betaing will fix that problem though.

Although I prefer Harry Potter and Star Trek stories, I am pretty well read and can help with other stories if need be. If the original story seems interesting enough and you want a better betaing experience I might read the original story and do research to better help with your characterization and plot development of your fan fiction. Also, I prefer slash over het. I don't mind fem slash, but you will get a better opinion and overall better help if the story is slash. My favorite pairings are Harry/Draco; Naru/Sasu; Snape/Lupin/Sirius (just two of them or all together); Spock/Kirk; and others I can't think of right now.

I hate slash for the sake of the two characters "doing it" all the time. I like plot lines and character development and all that jazz. Also, I am not well versed in het stories. Never read them and never liked them, so if you are writing a het story, I would look for someone with better credentials. I'd help you of course, but I know that there are other people better qualified to give you a good opinion. Also, NO TWILIGHT! I'm sorry, but my sister kills me enough with watching the movies and going to midnight premiers and whatnot.
