I've done some editing in the past. My taste tends toward the wordy, plotted sort of story, and that will show through in my editing. My editing is entirely separate from my writing, so what ever is thought of that has little or nothing to do with what I edit. Oh, also I am fairly well versed in Arthurian legend, other myths, and medieval history. Its not the only thing I know, but thats what most of the people I edit for write about.

Spelling, plot, character, and pace(or at least that's what the person I usually edit for says).

Rabbit trails. I will tolerate them implicitly, being a devoted rabbit trailer myself. Also, I might not pick up on the finer points of grammar.

I like to work with stories that have plots to them, and also are based on books that I'm fairly familiar with so I actually know what's going on.

Depressing stories, take-the-characters-out-of-their-rightful-place-and-plunk-them-somewhere-they-totally-don't-belong stories, stories with no plot and all romance, and also stories that are based on books I've not read.
