Who Am I: I'm a teenager hoping to become a writer someday. I'm constantly trying to improve my writing style by reading books and other works. I enjoy horror books and psychological thrillers. I like to see characters that are described in depth and are given a life to them. I like to see a story that flows easily and ties the story line together with the characters introduced. I hate characters that are just randomly introduced and serve no true purpose.

Style: Well my style as a betareader will probably be reading the story first as a whole and then going back paragraph by paragraph. I like to get the feel of a story and the importance of each part before I pass judgment on it. I want to understand the point of view, the intention, and the characters in general so that I can find a grading system that is suited for that specific story. I know no two stories are the same so I tweak my reading and grading style accordingly.

As a Beta-reader I expect people to push themselves and try to improve their writing. I expect material to be written with emotion and not written out of boredom or half heartedly.

I excel at stories that follow a novel like flow. I'm great at reading stories with a depth to them as well as a shocking ending. I'm one of those people who isn't shy to venture into the world of darkness and the sick twisted mind of the most disturbed stories, hell those are my favorite types. I enjoy reading thrillers that chill ones very soul. Those are stories that really get my attention. I don't shy away from a challenge either.

I take pride in my work and like to see other's excel. I try my best to help others improve their writing so that they might be able to convey their point accordingly and feel good about themselves. I also excel at the larger words to replace those meek little words that annoy me.

My weaknesses are the fact that I can't always explain things to people. I'm not that good with people just starting out most of the time, there are a few beginners in the past that I was able to help. I also just hate happy, joyful stories. I like stories that are similar to Dean Koontz or the Hannibal Lecture series. If it doesn't follow the dark style of writing I tend to dislike it.

I can be a little harsh on my judgments at time. I also have times of immense writers block.

I prefer stories that are horror based and are written accurately. I like to work with people who already know a good amount about reading. I can work with beginners, but I can't always convey the way to write to them. I usually work on the assumption that the person I'm helping has a knowledge of writing that suits a high schooler.

I'm not a big fan of anything with a happy story line. I don't really like love stories at all unless they are some how miraculously incorporated into a very epic or horror filled story. I prefer things with sad endings over happy ones. I can beta over happy stories, but I just would prefer not to.
