Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I have beta-read a number of stories for friends and acquaintances over the years and hope to continue to do so here on fanfiction.net. My goal is to allow new and fledgling writers an experienced opinion to enable them to better themselves and their writing style(s). |

Some of my specific strengths are my grammar and sentence structure. Also my grasp of the flow of a story combined with the understanding of effective character development. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
My weaknesses are my meticulousness (that can be a benefit sometimes) and my own opinions on how a story should be made. |
Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
Drama is always preferred. I have always had a soft spot for romance that is never easy and always hard to achieve. The harder and longer the better. Areas include Final Fantasy 6 and 8, Chrono Trigger, Evangelion, Love Hina, and Chrono Cross. |
Would Rather Not: I do not beta for these stories
I generally dislike to beta-read self inserts (SI) although if well done, it doesn't bother me. |
