If I beta something, I'd be changing specific words, adding in occasional paragraphs--not rewriting a disorganized article written in chatspeak. I'll generalize a lot, because I don't want to override what you're writing, though if you have a plot already set up in mind that would be very helpful for me.

I'm generally good at making a story easier to read, and more 'colorful', I suppose. And I love searching up synonyms. XD I'm a little picky with spelling and grammar. I'm good at writing detailed descriptions of scenery. I love writing action scenes too.

I tend to get too obsessed over specific things, and forget about larger problems, such as organization...etc. Oh yeah...and I like paragraph breaks. A lot. Characterization is a little difficult, but I'm getting better at it.

I'd rather read Harry Potter fanfics. Those are among the only ones I read for fun, so I probably won't enjoy betaing non-HP fanfics. Also, I have a really solid background--I've read about characters from all sorts of perspectives, so that might be nice.

Something without a plot, something that is completely dialogue, or something that steals the story of another 50 stories that exist already are all stories I wouldn't want to beta.
