I'm fairly flexible. If you want something looked over, proof-read, the basics checked, I can do that, or if you're looking for a more in-depth crit I'm happy to do that too. I'll always try to be quick to reply.

I'm good with spelling and grammar, the flow of sentences, structure of paragraphs and the technical stuff like that. I can write a fairly rounded constructive critique in as much depth as you want. I'm also fairly good at dialogue. As a writer, I have experience writing in 1st and 3rd person.

As a writer, I'm not great at pacing at a larger scale. I'm also a little lacking as a writer in description. Having not done much in the way of beta reading, I also don't have the experience others might have (I'm working on it though!)

I'm not too bothered about the length of stuff I review. In terms of genre, I like fantasy and sci-fi, and I'm a bit of a stickler for Austen-esque period romance (What can I say? Only this: Darcy; Knightley; Brandon.) I'm also quite happy with crime, thriller, and mystery, though I've read slightly less of those in general. I can go with films, books, TV series or whatever format the original came in, but I prefer to read stuff that's in continuous prose. Any point of view is fine (2nd person, anyone? That's weird to read...) though I prefer past tense.

I'd rather not read anything overly violent or erotic. I don't like reading horror, tragedy, angst, western, supernatural or spiritual. I'd prefer not to read scripts for plays, films or TV, but comic scripts are all good.
