I have been reading fanfiction for years (I started in middle school, I am a college student now. Does that give an idea of how long?) and one I have noticed that could make or break a fic could be grammar or inconsistency with plot. I would like to be that little help to hopefully make a fic seem a thorough piece instead of looking rushed. Anxiety to update could actually make your chapter or story 'incomplete.' What that could mean is that, because you didn't decide to have a second thought of the fic, the readers might not 'feel' the story, you know? Fanfiction should be as good as the writing we read that draws from the outside world. No point in being half-assed. :)

My strengths in writing are description and plot development. Description doesn't always mean to write a complete essay format of a place or a character but have a strong impression just by the words say. Words are very impressionable and give shocks to the brain.

Do you need an extensive vocabulary? Of course not. But I do recommend in using the thesaurus when writing because there are many ways to describe one word or thought. I can suggest words if I feel if you are over-using or misusing one.

And plot could be hard but hopefully I can be that extra eye or mind that would ask you those extra questions that would bring your story along. I have an eye for details.

My weaknesses are probably going to be that I would need time to look over the writing and maybe characterization. But I think my characterization is better when I'm reading compared to me writing. I think I have improved a great deal in the last couple of months and it will continue to improve, therefore, I can still be helpful.

I will give any story a chance. I'm a very big supporter of the Yu Yu Hakusho fandom so to have more good stories in its database would definitely make me giddy. Otherwise, I'm open to the anime I listed.

As unlikely I would be a critic that would have extreme strong feelings towards someone's writing...I have an issue when people do not try to keep the personalities of the canon characters. Unless there is a reason for them to not be or if its an AU fic, its going to be hard for me to read it.

If the story/chapter has a sex scene (since I said I was open to almost anything), make sure it has a point or a plot, even as a one-shot. I'm not into pointless smut.

Lastly, for fanfiction of Hellsing, Rurouni Kenshin, Hunter x Hunter- I would not like to read any yuri/yaoi pairings. For those series, it just feels weird to me.
