I've never really been a proper beta reader; although I have beta-ed a few of my friends' fics before, I'm still considered pretty "new" to this whole thing.

I'm rather particular about spelling and grammar, especially if you use MS Word. I don't mind the occasional OOC, but I do mind if all the characters are OOC. I hate Mary Sue-ish OCs, as no-one is perfect. When I beta-read, I usually check the language (spelling, grammar, etc) before checking on the actual facts of the fandom that you are writing about.

I don't mind beta-ing for almost anyone, as long as you ask nicely. xD

I'm pretty strong in language, although I'm not a straight-A student in English, but I come close. xD

As for fandom, I do have to make the occasional reference to Wiki or a fansite once in a while due to short-term memory (haha).

My built-in dictionary isn't so thick; in other words, I don't have such a wide vocabulary to tap on, and so I have to rely on thesauruses quite often. Also, I tend to go rather OOC too, although I make a large effort to stick to who the chracter is (hehheh).

Romance! I'm a girl who's a sucker for romance, really, but I don't mind humorous, joky-joky type of fics. Oneshots are pretty cool too, and so are fics that focus on the relationship between two people (not necessarily lovers) and the development of a person as a whole. (sounds cheem) xD. Yupps.

Lemons/Smuts, MPREGs, yaoi/yuri, love triangles, overly long fics that are 30+ chapters long.
