Hello! I am Mint! Fanfiction has always meant the world to me. I love to read. And I am proud to be a part of our community dedicated to reading and creating. This community has helped me grow in many different ways, from learning to empathize with a wide variety of characters as a young 5th grader to helping me grow as a writer finishing up college. Every new story has allowed me to learn more about grammar, character development, and story progression. In turn, I want to help you create something that makes you feel.

Now, what am I looking for? I'm looking for stories that dive into character development the most. I love world-building and action, but my true heart always values a character's growth and a unique way of going through new situations. And for me, most of these stories involve Romance. I love Love and believe the best character growth happens when you have characters who have the opportunity to grow together. I love seeing a slow development specifically but sudden romances can be good too. I also value stories that have multiple small arcs within a big overarching arc.

As a person who enjoys theatre, punctuation has never been my best ability. I use punctuation in an expressive manner. Which isn't necessarily the best approach.

Sometimes I can also miss run-on sentences.

Plots and Tropes I tend to avoid:

-Main Character deaths, specifically with the main ship

-Lemon with no plot or Lemon every single chapter

-Female and Male characters that don't stand up for themselves or don't grow to stand up for themselves

-Constant angst (Some angst is fine)

-Ships not ending up together

-Stories with serious topics such as suicide, depression, or rape will only be accepted if the plot addresses issues and follow through on how the scene affects the plot or character development. Preferably shown in an implicit manner.
