Hmmm, I’m definitely new to this beta-reading thing, so I can’t exactly describe who I am as a beta-reader. I’m in high school and mostly enjoy writing stories to keep from going on a killing spree from a mental breakdown. I figured doing this could help those who seriously have trouble writing stories (and your coming to me?) or need help. I won’t be the best beta-reader, but I will try to help us both improve. I suggest asking another beta to go over your story as well, better safe than sorry.

I believe my strengths are in grammar, torture, correcting run-on sentences, and giving ordinary words ‘pizzazz’.

My weaknesses are the fact I have to focus so I don’t start every paragraph with someone talking, varying sentence structure, sometimes punctuation, and feeling like I don’t make a chapter long enough or that I rush through it. I really have issues with my writing sometimes.

There aren’t many stories that I would prefer to ‘beta’. I believe I’m pretty open-minded. If you would like me to beta your story, I have to ask you to send me a private message on what the story is, like “Harry Potter” or “Holes” or something.

Let’s check the truth of my last statement. If you try doing that High School Musical crud with me, you will find I dislike those movies very much. Very much. If you try nothing but smut, and bad smut at that, I will dislike you. If you do nothing but repeat the same thing over and over in your plot, I will dislike you. If you type in all caps, I will kill you. By the way, OC and character romance annoys the hell out of me. Excuse the language.
