Hi! I'm Pseudonym677. I am rather new to this website, but I have been writing fanfiction and original content for quite some time. I have a lot of things I'm interested in, but my main fandom is the musical Cats. I'm a firm believer that we as writers need to help each other and that websites like these are amazing places where we can all share our stories, and I hope I can be of assistance to you in your writing process. I am by no means whatsoever an expert, and my suggestions are to be taken with a grain of salt.

As long as you respect regular netiquette (don't request or share personal info, don't direct me to foreign links, don't be creepy, etc) I will continue to share my betareading services and help you however I can. That's all I ask. I will do my best to be professional and positive at all times, but reserve the right to be critical. However, at no time do I intend to come across as a jerk, and if I do come off as a jerk, 1) my most sincere apologies and 2) please tell me what I did so I don't do it again.

I excel at finding spelling, grammar, and formatting inconsistencies, and identifying factual errors (especially in a historical context). I am also decent at being a sensitivity checker (making sure that sensitive subjects are dealt with appropriately) when it comes to mental health themes in stories.

I might be able to identify a plot hole, but I can't say that I'm good at fixing them. I also am not always the most timely at responding and cannot guarantee that I will get something done quickly, especially if I am betareading a longer work. If you share something with me that has sexual themes and tension or whatever, I will be of no help there, but I'll try my best.

I'm a sucker for Hurt/Comfort stuff; pairings don't matter. Fuzzy fluff is nice too. But I will read just about anything that isn't M rated or erotica. Cussing and sexual themes are fine just as long as there's nothing descriptive (i.e. you can write "they had sex" but I don't want to know the details).

I will not read stories that are erotic; feature graphic/descriptive violence, sex, or gore; or have canon character death. I don't mind OCs but I would rather it be mostly canon characters. If you send me something to betaread that I am uncomfortable with, I will let you know.
