Well, I am pretty new at this beta writing thing. I have always had a talent for writing, according to my teachers, friends and others. I really like to write, but I see it as more of a hobby then a job/ life activity. Does that makes sense? Even though it is a hobby for me, I've been told over and over and over again that I am really really good at it.

Let's see...I really excel at creating drama; I like to put characters in difficult situations and then invent ways that they can escape/get out of it, ect. I hate stories where there is no conflict. I mean, those are pretty much a waste of time, both for the writer and the reader. There is always conflict in life: a test we forget to study for or a birthday we forgot. And sometimes we don't come out of those conflicts on top.

I have a really active imagination...that's why I'm on this site, because here you can "unleash you imagination" or whatever. Anyway, I sometimes have trouble finding the right words to describe what I am seeing in my head movies. It can be the coolest thing ever that I really want to share with other fans, but I just might not know how to do it.
I've also been told that I am pretty good about keeping characters "in character".

Well, I get horrible writer's block, like all of my stories have only been reviewed by like a fraction of the people who read them, and I get really discouraged when people do not review. I mean, I want/need feed back from people.

Pretty much I only like stories that are based on series that I have read/watched in the real world. You know, so I can identify with the characters and stuff. So far, my list stands thus:

not very impressive, but those are the ones I would consider my best. I would gladly read the wikipedia article about whatever series I needed to beta write/read for.

I'm pretty much open for anything.
I guess somethings I hate are poorly written stories...that leave huge gaping holes in the story, when stuff is WAY too rushed. that really gets to me. take some time to explain what is going on.
