I'm not sure anyone will take me up as a beta reader, but here goes.

I'm good at spotting grammar and spelling mistakes in other people's work, I'm casual with the people I beta. Sometimes I can be a little overbearing, but generally I'm just calm.

I don't limit to just grammatical and spelling mistakes, either. If I think a bit of your story can be improved by a bit of prose or more dialog, I'll tell you so. :) If you don't want the essence of your work being touched, I'm probably not the best choice, but I swear I'm just trying to be helpful.

If you want to have someone beta your work who's going to leave it without an easy-to-right mistake, then I'm a pretty bitching choice. I'm good at spotting places where it gets a little cheesy. I have a large vocabulary if I do say so myself, and oftentimes a word can change the entire mood of a story from after-school-special to . . . . well, something else. XD

I sometimes skip over a lot of elementary things, like the correct placement of an apostrophe or something like that. A lot of times I space out on the spelling of words, so if I mis-type something or say that you spelled something wrong when it was originally right, as I'm wont to do every once and a while, please forgive me.
I also don't get all the Japanese lingo mixed in with English in anime and manga stories. I can't figure out what most of them mean. So I'm going to have to take your word that they're spelled correctly. XD

Um. I like most everything. Romance, mostly.

I don't do rape. That's just more than creepy. Sometimes it can be done with taste, mostly it's just . . . disturbing. I don't do anything but heterosexual fictions. Nothing against people who write it, I just find it unappealing, plus, I'm mostly inexperienced when it comes to anything boy-on-girl, so I'd probably get confused faaast. XD
