I am a young soul to hopefully one day make a career being a writer. But until then I shall remain here and write fanfics to improve my writing prowess. But I also wish to beta stories which I hope will also help me improve my writing in some way. I will give you my pure and plain opinion, if it's good I will tell you that and explain why and how it is good.
If what you want me to beta read is bad then I will tell you so and I will tell you what you can do to improve it, along possibley changing some of what you have written to show you an example.
I will NOT completely change what you have planned for the plot and the characters and write a new story, that would be plagiarism on your part, you recieve the glory for my work in other words. So do not expect me to write the story for you.
I do understand the fact that this is website is called "fanfiction".net, this is after all your own story you are making and could do anything you want with it, but if you want me to beta your story you must tell me what you are trying to do with a certain character or chapter.
For instance if you are trying to make Naruto look like Naruto but make him look more like Sasuke then I will point it out and give suggestions to make Naruto look like Naruto.

My last statement is this, I am here to try and help you improve your writing by giving suggestions and ideas. I don't want to catch you making the same type of mistake over and over again in a story.

My strengths are word choice, for instance if you were to write,
"The room was small and scary, something in the corner smells bad."
I would suggest that you were to change it to,
"The room was miniscule, he smelled something wretched in the corner, goosebumps formed up and down his arms. What ever made that horrid smell chilled him to the bone." I could eleborate even more on scene like that if you wanted me too.
I am good finding any mistakes in your story's plot, or anything that seems out of character (strangely enough I'm not that good of catching stuff like that in my own stories).
I am good with spelling words, and if you misspell a word I will change it for you and make a note of it to tell you about it so you will not make the same mistake in the future.
I can tell you if a sentence is to confusing or if it is useless and only takes up space.
I can't really think of anything else to add, but believe me I will be a good beta.

One of my weaknesses is most likely grammar. I am good with spelling and whether a word should go there or not, but if it's commas and apostrophes and the likes you want me to fix you need to look somewhere else.
All depending on my mood I could take weeks beta reading a story, or I could only give it a cursory glance. But most likely I will give quality over quantity.

PLEASE NO LEE7 SPEAK OR IM SHORTHAND OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT!! I refuse to beta a story where you don't even have the care and decency for your story that you bother to actually type. Now if it were to be part of some character dialogue, like the main character was instant messaging/texting someone then it would be understandble. But if the whole thing is just "OMG IDK MY BFF JILL!" Then I wont even bother trying to reponde to your request.

It would help beyond anything you tell me the plotline of the story, and if you could tell me what you are trying to do with the characters for example are you trying to make them emo, angry, depressed, or a happy go lucky guy, you must explain this type of thing to me so I can offer you the best possible beta read I can give. And also please explain to me what you are trying to do with the chapter you send me.
This may seem like I am trying to ruin the story for you think again, I ask this because it will help me understand what you are doing with your particular fanfic.
I don't care what genre you use, as long as you write it I'll beta it.

I absolutley refuse to beta anything with Yaoi, Yurri, lemons, or limes or any other type of adult sexual scene. I have very few acceptions to that. I will accept swearing and violence, but adult scenes or yaoi/yurri or any type of slash I will not beta.
