Greetings, you can call me Py. It's my gamer tag. I love reading all types of stories. I enjoy editing and assisting in the editing/revision process. I want to do this because I have come across several truly good stories, however, they were not edited and were incredibly difficult to understand. I want to help people get their stories on the next level and help keep them going. I love helping build people up so they gain confidence. That doesn't mean I am going to go easy on everyone. If you need a firmer hand, I can be that; if you need a softer touch, I can be that. Just talk to me about what you need. I won't revise your writing for you, but I will let you know that something isn't working. It's my job to help you improve your writing. I hope I get to help you write a book one day!

I excel in spelling, sentence structure, and punctuation. I also have a decent vocabulary and attempt to use different, more eloquent words to get the same meaning across; however, sometimes, simpler language is the way to go. It depends on the writer and the story being told.

I am often appalled by deplorable writing. I will tell you to edit it before I'll read it. If I can't understand it, I won't be nice about it. That doesn't mean I won't help you, just means you're going to have to work a bit harder. I'm here to help you write better, not suck up to you.

I'm not sure what to write here. I'll read anything you ask me to. Proofreading and editing is about the writer's story, not my preference.

Again, I'm not sure what to write here. I'm willing to read anything. I'm too old to be shocked. I am a writer myself. I know we write our characters doing things we'd never do ourselves. I have no triggers. And, while I wouldn't read certain stories for my own enjoyment, I'm not going to refuse them when I'm asked.
