I am an avid fanfiction reader. I have the app on my phone and read in my down time, so I will be very up to date in reading your stories. I will tell you the truth about your stories; blunt honesty is my forte. If your story is good, you'll know it. I am not a flamer-if your story isn't great or lacking in some way I will be sure to tell you with constructive criticism or edit it if it will not change the story content in a dramatic manner. If you choose me for a beta reader, you'll have your stories read and edited in a timely fashion with notes on my opinions. But be warned... I will not read stories of anything less than a fanfiction (that's not to say a story that is just starting out, it just means that I won't read anything such as "100 Ways to Annoy _" or something of the like).

I am very good with grammar. I frequently edit essays of my friends-of every essay that I have edited, they have either gotten a good grade, won the scholarship, or gotten into college with them. My English teacher was the best, and upon learning of my eye for writing, instilled all of her knowledge of editing upon me. I am also good with giving constructive criticism in a positive manner. If there is something wrong, I will be sure to say so, but not in a demeaning manner.

I often forget to check my email, so contact might be difficult. However, if I actually do receive a Beta position, I would be sure to check more often. I also get distracted easily and jump from different story to different story. However, I never disappoint my friends/employers/teachers so I would be sure to get the job done before I get distracted!

I prefer to work in any of my favorites (please note that I haven't finished listing them all... just because it isn't there, doesn't mean I won't beta it for you!). I generally like stories with OCs, but cannons are acceptable too. I like stories to be unique. I will not work on a story if I am not familiar with the fandom, but if you really would like me to work on your fanfic, I am willing to read/watch whichever fandom your fic takes place. My favorite stories are detailed and rather long (the best being actual novel length and all over 20,000), although I understand that everyone has to start somewhere; as long as a story I read plans on being finished and taken seriously, I am up for anything.

I do not read yaoi or any type of slash. I don't really care if it's mentioned, but full out descriptions really bother me. Other than that, I am fairly open to any type of story. Just run it by me and I will be sure to let you know!
