Hi! I'm a fan of the Harry Potter series, and so am most qualified to read and edit pieces from the universe. I do have a tendency to favour HG/SS oriented fics (they're my favourite to both read AND write), so I'd be happy to review any pieces centered around their pairing. (But I will happily switch it up and look over any other pieces, romantic or otherwise with different characters.)

I'm free for about an hour of every day to do writing, editing and/or reviewing. I live in Australia, so keep this in mind if you're from a different timezone. Might be a bit strange seeing your work reviewed at 3:00a.m. in the morning!

I'd like to think that my grammar and spelling are up to scratch. I certainly enjoy reading fanfiction and have a knack for wording things just right (perhaps it comes after reading a saddening amount of FF?).br /br /br /br /

I write in British English. If you're American and struggling with the nuances of British grammar and spelling (Harry Potter fics are generally quite picky about this) I will gladly help you out :D.

I never half-arse things. I will not read your work, edit it then send it think that it's "good enough". I will strive to edit it to the best of my ability, or at least until I feel I have

I don't know a lot about characters in Harry Potter away from Hermione Granger and Severus Snape. My characterisation away from the two of them, while passable, is certainly lacking.

Not great at writing sex scenes/adult scenes.

I'm a procrastinator. Not something you want to hear from your beta-reader, I know, but I will strive to kick the habit... tomorrow.

Harry Potter related stories (SS/HG stories are a plus!).

Horror, mystery and adventure, probably. Horror is certainly not for me. Angst I can handle and appreciate greatly in relatively measured doses. Too much adventure bores me and as does mystery. I won't object to a little of adventure or mystery mixed in with romance or humour, but a whole story dedicated solely to the genre is generally too much for me.

Also am STRONGLY against rape (unless it is necessary for the plot to progress and not a regular occurence) and anything that involves an under-age participant with an adult (16 and up at the VERY lowest. 18 and up is always preferable).
