I'm new as a beta reader, but my friends usually ask my help with grammar and spelling and such, so I thought I would try it. I'm not sure what my beta style would be. I guess I'd just read straight through and correct any mistakes I come across.

I'm very good at spelling and I know my grammar pretty well. I'm also good at making a story flow well.

I might not quite understand what you're trying to say, and I might suggest different sentence structures, or the changing of some words, which is a weakness if you don't like it, but could also be counted as a strength, I suppose.

I would enjoy being a beta reader for most genres. Humor, parody, romance, angst... Just about anything really.

I would prefer not beta reading any rape/violence stories.
