I know how excruciatingly difficult it can become to judge a piece of writing when you've been working with your nose pressed up against the paper for so long. It's easy to lose sight of glaringly obvious mistakes, or just to lose patience. I would like to be someone who can offer support during the writing process, as well as help with polishing and perfecting the finished product.

I'm Australian, 19, and female.

English: I am good at spelling, punctuation and grammar.

Plot continuity: I am a very logical person and like to know that there is an explanation for everything. This makes me very good at spotting plot-holes, and suggesting ways to fill them in.

Canon lore: Depending on the fandom. If I agree to beta for you, then you can be sure that I have a working knowledge of the fandom. But I may miss subtle points. I'll try my hardest to refamiliarise myself with the world, but I have a passion for AU stories and often forget the explicit details of a particular fandom.

1. Plot. If there isn't any then I get very impatient, very quickly. 2. I like AU stories and cross-overs. I especially adore 'real world' fics.
3. I am a slash/yaoi/shounen-ai fan. I have preferred pairings, but I'm always ready to be converted.

1. "Original Characters." As a general rule I read fanfiction for the characterisation.
