I haven't done a lot of beta-reading, but I've been reading and writing for years now and am confident that I have what it takes.

I've been called "the Grammar Nazi" by my friends, and while it annoys me no end, I have to admit it's kind of true. I have a very large vocabulary and if you're looking for an exact word that has an exact meaning that you want, chances are I've got it stored in my memory banks.

I'm a fast reader, so I can get your edited chapter back to you relatively fast. If it's a story where I haven't seen the source material I'd like a few days just so that I can do a little bit of research and maybe watch/read up on it a bit. I'm very concerned with accuracy and correct characterization.

I am very good with grammar and spelling. I'm always willing to give my opinion. I'm very keen on accuracy and will take the time to double-check facts and make sure that the characterization is correct.

I'm a weak on sentence structure.

I prefer serious stories that actually have a plot.

Fluff and random one-shots are okay though.

I prefer fandoms that I follow, although I'm willing to try something different.

Nothing "M" rated.

No slash, smut or yaoi.

No Mary-Sues *shudder*
