I recommend that you also try proofing as best as you can as well, for my style might not suit yours (try reading my works just to be sure that you want me working on your story; I'm more sarcastic and dark in speech, so some of that leaks into my writing sometimes).

I am trying to expand my horizons, so hit me with all you've got (within reason).

If I beta for you, I hope that you take the time to read and thoughtfully critique my works as well (I would go onto your other stories to try to get a sense of how you write).

I am decent when it comes to grammar and spelling.

I also will try to understand where your story is going, but I recommend that you also send a vague idea of what would happen in the next chapter (if there is a next chapter planned) so that I can help build it up without ruining your story arc, for that would not be great for anyone.

I am okay when describing dark scenes (as demonstrated in "Brainwaves"), though I have room to grow.

Sarcasm and I are well acquainted; you could say that we are friends.

Emotional stuff is okay, though I would like more experience in working with action scenes.

I might not understand references that you make to political or social trends and delete them on accident. I also am new at this, so I think I grow a bit enigmatic or start rambling in my regular stories.

I would like to beta for stories that are unique in that they stray from the story in a way that would get even the haters of the original interested, but not so much that the only thing it has in common with the story are character names. I also like to work with Other Characters (OCs) as long as they add to the story; if the protagonist is an OC, please make the story differ from the original.

Story stems I enjoyed: Percy Jackson (alone or crossed with Avengers, SHIELD, Spider Man, or Harry Potter), Harry Potter (depends), Trollhunters (all types), Ender's Game (all types)

I will not do any M rated stories (this includes lemon, overly descriptive suggestive content, and any other stuff that teenagers shouldn't read; I do not want to accidentally traumatize some fresh-minded reader)

I will not do any stories that focus on the hatred of homosexual people, Transgender people, people of any race, people of any ethnicity, people of any religious/non-religious affiliation, any fan-fiction story/writer, any author, or any story; that is just wrong, and I would report you if you try writing with that intention in mind.

NO POLITICS! Nope, not happening; there is some crazy stuff going on, and I don't want to get dragged into it.

I will not beta for any fan fictions based on violent "war" video games; that is not my thing, and never will be. Also, I won't beta for Mindcraft.

I will (usually) not accept simple prompts and work from there; it is best if I am just editing your work (not saying that I won't enjoy working on it; I just think that, since it would be yours, it would not be my place)

No Songs, poems, reacts, basic rewrites, 'bring to theater' stuff, or anything along that path, please.
