I've been into fanfiction for around five years, and I've developed quite high expectations for what I read and write. I LOVE finding unique stories, pleasant both in content and craft. Unfortunately, stories of such a caliper can seem few and far between, which is why I've finally decided to become a betareader, in order to improve the quality of this field as much as I am able. I won't lie, I'm a good writer. I'm also a good helper; I love to see other people excel, even if it takes quite a bit of work on my part. Writing well is both an innate talent and an acquired skill, I believe, and I would be honored to help fellow writers hone their work into veritable masterpieces. Another thing that has led me to betareading at this time is the unfortunate reality that the Teen Titans frontier seems to be closing. I have a special place in my heart for that fandom and would like to see it stay alive for as long as possible. I have done (and am still doing) my part to see Teen Titans fanfiction flourish and I'd like to equip others to do the same, especially as I go off to college soon and may step away from fanfiction out of necessity.

Trust me, I'm a good writer. I've got several AP language and literature classes under my belt, I've written several articles for a local newspaper, and my SAT writing and critical reading scores very smartly prove my abilities. Basically, you can trust me to make a story read in an aesthetically pleasing fashion with high vocabulary and correct grammar. I've read thousands of fanfiction stories over five years (give or take) and I'm an avid reader of literature outside of fanfiction, so I know what sounds good. Although my Teen Titans craze may currently be tempered by copious real life responsibilities, I was such a fan girl for a stretch of time that I know essentially everything about the Teen Titans fandom. Consequently I'm quite good at keeping characters in character and avoiding story-wrecking inaccuracies and such.

Due to schoolwork and job obligations, I haven't much time for fanfiction at present. I'm unfortunately quite bad at updating my stories in a timely fashion when real life gets hectic, and I expect to be similarly lacking as a betareader. Still, I always carry through on my responsibilities, so I will not let down the people for whom I betaread.

Anything in the Teen Titans fandom is fair game for me. I enjoy most every genre within that fandom, and there is nothing I won't try.

There are other betareaders, I'm sure, who would enjoy reading a cross-over story more than I would.
