I have a critical eye for writing, especially the more common, blatant errors. I critique/analyze grammar and spelling along with fluidity and content. My only requirement is coherent speech. No chat speak, hacker speak, etc.

By reading and re-reading, I am able to pick up on a majority, if not all blatant mistakes of the grammar and spelling variety. My strongest suite would have to be spelling, however. (I don't need/use spell-check.) I can understand and interpret most words and terms used in fiction these days. In addition, for those would-be or aspiring Japanese speakers who wish to use the language in titles, headers, etc. I am able to aid in that also.

I may not always have the time to read, but will apply enough effort to most certainly get the job done. Also, I have a few specific weaknesses when it comes to peculiar grammar. For instance, I am not able to correct passive voice, I may not pick-up on a semicolon error, and couldn't tell you the difference between complex and compound sentences...

Anything is acceptable, really. Hetero, BL (Commonly known as Shounen-Ai, or otherwise), romance, drama, horror...whichever.

The ever-so-present love-struck heroines aren't really my boat.
