I am essentially a technical editor. I can give opinions on plot elements and the like, but I believe that that sort of thing is ultimately up to the author to decide. I'll go through the entirety of any piece that I'm given for spelling and grammar errors, but you'll have to ask specifically if you want me to evaluate whether or not plot twists are plausible (unless they're truly horrendous, in which case I will warn you) or if you want my thoughts on what should happen next. If I'm familiar with a series, I'm very good at spotting out of character remarks and actions, so I can check that too, if you'd like. From you, I expect patience. If I'm checking 20+ pages of story, I'm not going to have it back to you in an hour, or, indeed, a day.

I am a grammar Nazi. I have a knack for retaining words, both spelling and meaning. Indeed, I have been hailed by some as a human thesaurus. If you feel like your writing is repetitive, or like you're making too many spelling/grammar errors that spell check just isn't catching, I'm your gal. I'm just peachy as a technical editor, and, if your story happens to be in a series that I'm familiar with, I'm VERY good at catching characters being written OOC, and sticking with the personalities of the characters I use in my own writing.

I've been writing since I was seven (I'm eighteen now - do the math), so I've developed a very distinct writing style. Sometimes it's difficult for me to get into other people's works, simply because of style differences. I'm also not into very many series, so a lot of the time, I'm not going to be able to tell you if you're writing a character OOC or if something is out of line with the history of the series.

I like fluffy, adjective-filled pieces of prose. A lot. Dickens is my favorite. Anything scary is awesome, but I am weak to cuteness as well. I'm basically willing to correct anything.

Correction - I am willing to correct anything, except for poetry and script-format pieces. Yuck. Graphic, er, romance scenes are a no-no as well.
