Hmmm...I am a notoriously slow at updating my stories, but I'll try to be faster as a beta. (You may notice that a ot of my stories haven't been updated in over a year...oops...) I haven't beta'd many stories so you'll have to bear with me. I will get back to you eventually, though. I am a fan of constructive criticism, so anyone who asks me to beta needs to be able to take that in a stride...I don't get along well with people who expect me to tell them that their story is perfect. I will read anything that someone asks me to read, my own opinion nonwithstanding, so you do not have to worry that your writing is rotting away in my inbox. I like elaboration...I've noticed that a lot of people on this site DON'T and so that might be one of the first things I comment on...If you send me a story from a fandom I've never heard of, I will be happy to look up enough information to beta your story as accurately as possible.

I spell well. I also work well with all tenses of writing and the only time I make mistakes is when I change the tense of an entire piece of writing and miss a few sentences. I am good with grammar for the most part. I have taken a Latin course, and I am taking Spanish, so I might be able to help you if you want to use those two languages in your writing.

I read very quickly and so sometimes I miss minor errors. If something sounds awkward I might not be able to fix that. There's about a 50/50 chance that I'll actually be able to help you with problems like that.

I really have no preferences...:D. I'll beta almost any story.

I would prefer not to beta any stories with incest as the main focus. I also dislike yaoi/yuri pairings but I would be willing to work with them to an extent. As a relatively young writer, my knowledge and assistance in stories rated M won't be much help.
