Sucky summary, but here goes. Take the Parasyte series and mix in random things, and what do you get? I don't know either, but this story is basically that and then some.

Shinichi finally properly introduces his parasite and Kana on a date of theirs, and her acceptance of him only grows as the creature's level of human understanding becomes sufficient.

Shinichi's most disturbing dream as of late leads him to open up to Kana, and it suddenly becomes more sentimental a confession than he ever imagined.

Shinichi accepts that Murano is no longer on his side, welcoming Kana as his friend, but he has more questions for Miki.

Shinichi meets Murano in their favourite park, and things are quickly soured with his casual mood toward her nostalgia.

Shinichi runs into Kana, whose confidence in his identity and acceptance of his current personality entice him to draw closer to her.

What if Shinichi did reveal the demons of his past despite Satomi's objection? What if a familiar face showed up right when he was needed? This is my take on what could have been.

What if Shinichi saved Kana from the Parasyte? What happens then? Anyone? Ties in with Maternal Survival.
