Sergeant Tamora Jean Calhoun is happily married. The arcade runs smoothly until a new game gets plugged in. Tron soldiers are taking over the arcade. When an investigation goes awry, Tamora finds herself under the hospitality of Clu, and as a hostage leader of her military game. Clu is planning something and Tamora will stop at nothing to find out what.

Sam Flynn hears of a character missing from one of the games in Litwak's Arcade and he goes to investigate. He meets Ralph and the other game characters and must help them to fight off an evil that was thought to be long gone.

When "Fix-It Felix Jr." was just a high-tech arcade game back in the day, the game company ENCOM decided to take the coding from one game's characters and reshape them into new ones for their masterpiece. Now all of a sudden -almost thirty years later- the characters of the game are changing, and the residents of other games can only stand and watch.

When a new game comes to Litwak's arcade, it brings with it a secret from Ralph's past that has haunted him for years. When a threat emerges from this new game that not only puts Ralph's own game at risk, but the entire world, Ralph must come to terms with his past to protect not just his home, but also the ones he holds closest to him.
