Vash the Stampede has destroyed the Planet Gunsmoke and is on a continent that was newly formed, Akuma no Shinzou (Devil's Heart), his bounty is no longer 60 billion, instead it's 100 octilion (9 sets of zeros) this crossover has more than just these two series, but these are the biggest/main ones.
