Felicity and Chip decide to bring LJ and Zofia with them to reunite with the Loonatics in Acmetropolis. While there, they are suddenly called away to Planet Veldin and must help a group called The Galactic Rangers against a force known as Drek along with an old enemy: Black Velvet from destroying the universe. On the way then, they make two new friends, a Lombax and a robot.
